SUNGA ASBL
An organization that aims to increase the number of blood donors, in order to cope with the shortage of blood in the country.
The city of Kinshasa needs 600 bags of blood on a daily bases, unfortunately less than 20% is provided by the National Blood Transfusion Center.
The shortage of blood affects children who suffer from malaria, women who have complications during childbirth, people having surgeries, sickle cell patients and victims of road accidents.
Advocacy and readiness of the population is necessary to meet the challenge of blood in Congo.

STOP MALARIA
A project to fight malaria by growing artemisinin plants that will be transformed into tea packages, this will be made available to the population at a low cost in the sol purpose to eradicate malaria in the DRC.
Several hectares will be cultivated in different regions. The goal of this project is to reduce the number of death cases linked to malaria.
This tea will be sold at a low price to allow so everyone will be able to effort it.

BOYZ&GIRLZ
A training project, young people from the 11th grade will learn several trades skills such as, mechanics, sewing, bakery & pastry, carpentry, maisonnerie, and others.
This will allow youngsters to be equipped when they will leave the orphange and go to college, it will help them to be independent.

The several companies will be contacted to help facilitated their transition into the work force.

MAYIMONA
A breeding project, which teaches teen mom and young people over 15 years old, who did not finish or never went to school to raise chickens, rabbits, pigs, ducks, goats and quails.
At the end of the program of 3 to 6 months long, the youngsters and the teen mom will go home with 4 chickens + 1 rooster, two rabbits couples, to start practicing breeding at home.
This will give them an understanding on how to take care of livestock but also how to financially manage the operation of the farm to be successful.
